Instructors will collect your keys at the beginning of class and safely secure them, unless you want to carry them yourself.

What kind of training will it involve?

Everything! Upper/lower body strength, endurance, speed, balance, and more.

Will you measure my fitness?

Yes, future Members start day one and end day ten with a fitness test. We periodically test members also to show progress.

What if I can't make 9 out of 10 workouts?

Graduates of the Basic Fitness Class are required to make 9 out of 10 classes to graduate, receive t-shirt and certificate, and be eligible for membership.  If you find trouble with your schedule, you still have to make 9 out of 10 classes but you can attend classes outside of your registered class.  For example, if you sign up for 5:45 but have to miss two 5:45 classes, you can attend the 9:30 or 6:00 pm class to make your 9 out of 10.

What is limbo?

Limbo is for graduates who could not make 9 out of 10 workouts for some reason eg. a crisis or a sudden schedule change.  We will allow you to workout with the membership in the meantime but you must re-attempt your Basic Fitness Class next month without counting your previous attendance towards your 9 out of 10.  In other words, you must repeat the 9 out of 10 requirment for this second Basic Fitness Class before you can graduate, receive tshirt, certificate, and join the membership plan.
