Week one was fantastic. Never thought I would actually appreciate working out at 5:45 AM when it is 25 degrees out, but the bitter cold last Tuesday made 25 degrees feel like a heat wave. Everyone has been great: the instructors are wonderful and our team is really coming together. I extended my comfort zone tremendously in signing up for this class, but I must honestly say that I am loving every minute of it.
