Welcome to our Web Site

I was born and raised in Richmond, VA. In high school I trained in karate, wrestled, ran cross country, raced bicycles, and played soccer.

While a Navy SEAL I served around the world and became a Sniper Instructor. In addition to many endurance races, I trained in Wing Chung, Mui Thai, Jujitsu, and American style boxing.

Training Opportunities

Instructor McGuire took SEAL Pups
training this Saturday morning to
Echo Lake Elementary. Training was
geared towards helping the kids
get ready to run the 1 and a half
miles at the Monument 10K kids run
on March 31.

STPT offers Corporate Training
sessions as one of its services.
In the past, we have trained
companies such as Infineon
Technologies, Wachovia Bank,
Merrill Lynch, KBS Inc. Although
physical activities are involved
the greatest outcome is the sense
of team that develops from the
training. During a Corporate
Training session, the focus
shifts from physical fitness to
teamwork. As all of you know, one
can accomplish more with a team
than he/she could ever accomplish
on their own. Unfortunately, many
people who have not had the
privilege of working out with STPT
lack this knowledge.

Testimonials

Joining SEAL Team PT has been one of the best decisions of my life. I was getting into such a rut and so bored with my workouts and routine, but now I have a newfound energy. I can already feel the progress I've made over the past two weeks. I feel that my running endurance is stronger and that my upper body strength has increased tenfold. When we were put to the task of going over the suspended log this morning I looked up and thought there was no way I'd be able to do it. I was wrong. I look forward to the many future chances to prove, most importantly to myself, that I am stronger, faster and more confident than I ever thought possible.
